3 Steps to Cut a Video into Pieces with VideoProc
VideoProc is available for both Windows and Mac users. First you need to download VideoProc from the official page. Once the installation is complete open the software and select the video file you want to edit.

Review:
After using the software and converting the videos (FULL HD) I can say that it is one of the best and the fastest video editing software I have used so far. Video conversion is carried out around 250fps which is incredibly fast when I don’t have any graphics card on my laptop. It took me around 5-6 minutes to convert FULL HD video of 45minutes.
