Two major telecom companies of India; Airtel and Idea have come up with new broadband plans in different cities of India. Airtel has launched a whooping 40 Mbps VDSL Broadband in Hyderabad whereas Idea has announced Unlimited WI-Fi services in Ahmedabad, Cochin, Pune, Hyderabad and Vizag.
Airtel Launches 40 Mbps VDSL Broadband in Hyderabad
Hyderabad which is considered as one of the TOP IT cities in India has new gift from Airtel. Most of the cities in India are equipped with low-speed broadband compare to the other countries, now to break this speed barrier Airtel comes up with 40 Mbps VDSL Broadband Plans in Hyderabad. Till now Airtel is offering 16 Mbps Broadband services to the city on DSL line, and the new 40 Mbps Line is based on VDSL (Very-high-speed digital subscriber line). There are two plans that are announced, both are for high-speed and heavy usage friendly. Two plans that are launched are Ultrasonic 3299 which offers 100 GB of usage with 1000 min of Voice Usage and Ultrasonic 3999 plan offers 200 GB data usage and 2000 min of voice usage.

Idea Launched WI-Fi Broadband Service in Ahmedabad, Cochin, Pune, Hyderabad and Vizag
Idea has come with very user friendly Broadband Plans in 4 cities of India. Idea is now offering WI-Fi Broadband Services in Ahmedabad, Cochin, Hyderabad, Pune and Vizag. Idea WI-Fi will offer broadband speeds up to 2Mbps and allows multiple users to connect simultaneously to the internet. According to the claim by Idea users will get consistent high downloading speeds and good security with WPA2 security standards. There are many plans launched for both prepaid and postpaid customers.
