Samsung answer to Micromax Unite and Moto E – Launches Kitkat based Cheap Smartphone’s

I have already covered Top Motorola Moto E alternatives and Micromax Unite 2 is one of them. Personally I have both the devices and they work great. Now Samsung has finally decided to take on both the Smartphone’s by launching a series of Cheap Budget Mobiles running on latest Android Kitkat 4.4 Operating System. Samsung has launch Galaxy Core II, Galaxy Ace 4, Galaxy Young 2, and Galaxy Star 2 affordable Android KitKat Smartphone’s. The company has not revealed about the price of any device but it is expected them to be under Rs. 10000.

Samsung Galaxy Core II Features

Samsung Galaxy Core II is the successor of the last Galaxy core device. The phone has 4.5 inch display screen and powered by Quad Core processor. Galaxy Core II comes with 768MB RAM, 5MP Rear and VGA Front Facing camera. It has 4GB Internal Storage which can expanded up to 32GB with microSD card.

Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 Features

Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 is a 4 inch device with WVGA display screen resolution and powered by Dual Core processor. The device is available in two variants i.e., 3G with 512MB RAM and LTE with 1GB RAM. The device comes with 5MP rear and 0.3 MP FF Camera. It has 4GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 64GB with microSD card.

Samsung Galaxy Young 2 Features

Samsung Galaxy Young 2 looks to be very basic phone which is powered by 1 GHz Single core processor. It has 3.5 inch display screen with 320×480 pixels resolution which is very low. Young 2 Mobile comes with 512 MB RAM, 4GB internal memory(32 GB expandable with microSD card). For pictures, the device has 3MP rear camera with no flash and doesn’t have any FF camera. It supports 3G which allows you to get access to high speed internet and powered by 1300 mAh Battery.

Samsung Galaxy Star 2 Features

Samsung Galaxy Star 2 has almost same specifications as Young 2 mobile. The only two noticeable difference among them is that Star 2 has 2MP rear camera and supports only 2G internet.

Samsung has not revealed official word about the pricing of the products but looking at the market where Motorola Moto E and Micromax Unite 2 are available for Rs. 7000 and better specifications, I am sure all the devices from Samsung listed above are to be priced under Rs. 10000.
