How to apply in Under-Graduate Nursing Course

General Nursing and Midwife (GNM): Candidates must be passed 12th examination from a recognized university with a 40% marks aggregate. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are the main subjects. Some other different universities can conduct separate examinations for the GNM admission course. Some of the admission is based on state-level entrance examinations.

Auxiliary Nursing and Midwife (ANM): Candidates may apply for this course after qualifying 12th examination. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are compulsory subjects.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Basic): Candidates must have passed 12th examination with an aggregate of 45% marks. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are the main subjects. Students must be at the age of 17 years for applying for B.Sc Nursing course.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Post-Basic): In this, candidates may pick a two-year regular course or either distance learning course. If candidates want to choose a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Post-Basic Program) then candidates must have passed 12th class from a recognized university board with GNM (General Nursing & Midwife).

And, for the distance program candidates must have completed their 12th examination including two-year work experience.

Indian-Armed forced Nursing Vacancy: It is only for female candidates from the age group of 17 years to 24 years. In accordance with this, candidates must have passed 12th examination from a recognized board of institutions with at least 45% marks including subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Admission is done on the basis of the MNS entrance exam (Military Nursing Services).
