As you can see in the image above, there is not much difference among two devices. Major difference is in the camera of Micromax Canvas Fire 4 which is 8MP on the rear side with LED Flash and 2MP Front Camera. Moto E 2nd gen comes with 5MP rear camera but Flash is missing which is disappointed and on the front side of the device you will get only VGA camera.
