New Micromax Smartphone – Micromax A89 is now for purchase online from Flipkart. Micromax is really on the verge of making strong presence in Indian Smartphone Market. They have already rolled out Canvas devices which are very popular and have done good business. Now new product that Micromax has come up with is Micromax A89 which is a 3.79 inch capacitive touch screen mobile which offers resolution upto 480 x 800 pixels. This device runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich version 4.0 which is not the latest Android Operating System available in the market. Feature that got me excited while reviewing the device is the processing capability of the device which comes under price of less than 6,200 INR. It has a dual core processor which is clocked at cycle speed of 1.0 GHz, processor is Mediatek MT6577 and similar to high end phones of Micromax like Canvas A110, A90S which very successful devices. Having such a processor in low cost device is really nice. Playing games on this device should be a great experience. In the camera section, this device doesn’t disappoint as well, it has a 3.0 Megapixel fixed focus camera. It is a 3G device, so there should be a front facing camera for making video calls but I haven’t found one(May be it is present)
