Micromax is living up to the promise they have made that they will launch a lot of Smartphone’s this year. And they are eventually; recently we have reviewed Micromax A116 Canvas HD and Micromax A 54 Smarty 4.0. Now there is new addition to the family of the Micromax Smartphone’s with the launch is Micromax A65 Smarty 4.3. As usual it is clear from Micromax Device name that it has a 4.3 inch of screen display with resolution of 480×800 pixels and capacitive multi touch screen. Screen size of 4.3 in such aggressive price is really unbelievable. This device is expected to cost around 5000 INR. Micromax has powered this device with 1 GHz spreadtrum SC6820 processor with 512 MB RAM which is quite ok and should allow to play most of the games. Micromax is coming with such nice devices and premium features but in this device I got disappointed when saw the operating system it was running on. The Device runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread which is outdated and now rarely a device comes with this, I don’t know why Micromax does not go for at least Android 4.0 ICS. Leaving the disappointment in operating system, it has 2 MP rear camera with LED Flash which is good and a front facing VGA camera for making video calls. But again lack of 3G support makes this device a weaker competitor in such market. Other features are quite common like 3.5 mm Audio Jack, Dual Sim, 2G etc.
