Recently in CES 2013, Lenovo has announced the launch of new range of Smartphone’s. Lenovo IdeaPhone S890 is one such device which is showed in CES 2013. It is a high end Smartphone with a 5.0 inch qHD screen which can support resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. Introduction of qHD IPS display technology in the device makes the device more suitable for watching videos and playing games. Both qHD and IPS technology are known for better picture quality, true and vibrant colors and higher resolution compare to the earlier technology.

Looking at the processor that has been put into the device, then it comes with 1.2 GHz dual core Mediatek MT6577 processor which is same as 110 Canvas 2 and some of the other devices that Micromax has launched earlier. Support of 1GB RAM with dual core processor allows smooth experience during Phone Operation and also during playing of high end graphics games. It runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System which is not the latest version and bit of disappointed not to see the device running on Jelly Bean OS from Android. It has a 8.0 Megapixel rear end camera with LED flash and capable of recording videos up to 720p which is nice. Although Front Facing camera is only 0.3 Megapixel but allow you to make video calls from the device.
