According to the sources and speculations spread across the web, the Healthbook app from Apple will be seen as a standalone app. Moreover, this app will be integrated with iWatch. What’s more, this app allows you to monitor your heart rate and also feature a pedometer. This allows you to monitor your health and keep track on calorie burns. You can even add food guide that will give you best recipes that have low calories and include them in everyday meal. 

iOS 8 can be launched in around September, 2014. You can even expect a similar design to iOS 7 but with improved navigation and application. Apple is expected to unleash the new operating system at WWDC 2014.
